Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a Referral Letter to book an appointment?

A referral letter from a health professional’s office is recommended for new patients to speed up specialist scheduling. Existing patients of our practice can book their own follow-up appointment using this secure website link :

How long will my appointment take?

The physician you’re seeing is a specialist and can be called upon to provide advice and assistance to other doctors throughout the day. We suggest not booking other appointments on the day of your visit to avoid potential schedule conflicts. Budgeting at least an hour for your appointment is suggested. There is free parking in front of the building.

Once a referral letter is sent out on my behalf how long does it take to book an appointment?

Wait times will vary depending on the nature of the medical problem and the specialist you are seeing.

What will happen during my initial appointment?

The physician will review your history and perform an examination, following this, any necessary tests will be ordered and a follow-up examination will be arranged to review the results and determine an evidence-based treatment plan with you to optimize your results.
